Search for "serpensoleum" anavex yields nothing. Trademark applications are published just like patent applications.

Google tried to trademark one of the common law tradmarks for the OTC I worked for, both were for computer software - they backed off after some pointed correspondence.

The Trade Mark part was incorrect. Though it would be a good name.
