McM...I agree with where you are heading on this point...

Just license it out.. sooner AVXL will be able to buy anyone, why let them buy you now?

But, The dynamics of the process (timing-delays-regs) could drag on and on and on...BP CEO's are accustomed to getting things their way...we shall see....massive $$$ will solve most issues, IMO.
