Like making sausage, the process isn't pretty. Back on 11/2/2016 the PR announced that they had reached agreement on key terms. And before that on 3/15/2016 the announcement was a joint development agreement to assess establishing a joint venture. That was an interesting choice of words. Lotsa handshaking as we slowly progress forward. But the results will be worth the wait.
