The sellers are just moving shares into stronger hands. I've picked up 20k shares so far today. About another 15k to go. If it wasn't my buddy's $ I'd be slapping the ask but I'd like to get him in as low as possible. Probably going to slap the ask here soon... not much of a difference now and 20k shares at .151 was a steal for him.
