Wherever the 3 patients came from, they were not "the" combo trial.

Patient A) DCVax then CI later

Patient B) DCVax then Aviston later

Patient C) Recurrent, DCVax + Aviston

Could well be patients from the P3, all would have been allowed these regimens.
