I think this pr isn't really targeted at investors. It appears to be targeted more towards growers/ prospects that may be on the fence.

In the PR he establishes they have references and large company's already on board, the follow best practices (six sigma) and why their product will benefit them immediately and in the long run.

Just my opinion but I believe Roger has another bomb geared toward the investors coming over the next week, possibly this week. Also don't forget the SL midtown construction permit expires in 10 days. I expect to see an announcement soon on the grand opening date.

I was thinking the same thing when I read that...these are the ones that will be looking towards GRO3 for help and I'm sure Roger will be giving them a call and letting them know how to increase there chances of getting their Licenses
