May not happen, but at this point with current sales in decline and if he's not misleading shareholders about audited fins and uplist, he'll have to RS to get sell price over a penny for 30 consecutive trading days to qualify. Now if that's his reason to uplist and RS isn't more than 1:25, ignore my earlier projections on buying and selling. That'll be new territory, so tough to project if positive will outweigh negative or vice-versa. I think it will because fins will also be audited (meaning he hasn't been playing games funneling money to his other businesses).
