#14066 RE: GTTTR15 #14062

It would be off-topic to provide those names, but there are several with reported sales and no debt, but none paying fake dividends like SIGO. Seriously, $4000 to outside shareholders is a nuisance. If commissions are $5, then one would have to buy 5000 shares just to cover the commission. That's $4450 investment, lol. 10,000 shares to cover a round-trip commission, and the bid and the offer of a penny is 10X the dividend (two times). Dividend? Seriously?

First, though, we don't know that SIGO has no debt. They say that they are paying it off, but who knows.

Second, SIGO has never reported any revenue - only issued an 8-K (unaudited). The 10-Q won't have any revenue - the quarter ended the day before that alleged revenue. We will have to wait until January when they file the 10-K to see if they actually have revenue of more than $140K, which is really nothing of significance. We will find out if they have earnings. Maybe we will find out about the undisclosed consulting fees owed to Novus Group (now called NG Advisors).

So, several companies with no debt with high and growing levels of revenue. None that would be so stupid as to pay a silly dividend, especially while they are selling shares at $0.10 to fund them. No companies I know sell shares at such a huge discount to the market. RED FLAG
