Well they are on an even playing field with us, since they take no salary. So we will see an increase in the dividend as revenues increase. They want to get paid more for their efforts, and so do we!

SIGO DIVIDEND IS A JOKE

SIGO is paying a whopping $0.001 per share, or a total of $50K roughly. Of this, $46K goes to management, which owns 4.6mm convertible preferred that the company hasn't yet disclosed in an SEC filing but which is here, with lots of typos and dated as of April rather than August (these folks are VERY SLOPPY):

SIGO looks like a Ponzi scheme, as the money being raised by the sale of SIGO's SECRET SECURITY is being used to pay the de minimis dividend, not "profits".

Going forward, the company expects to pay more based on revenue. Right now, there appears to be no more revenue, as the company hasn't updated since early August.

In the end, with 92% of the dividends going to insiders and the company dumping stock at $0.10 (19.36mm more shares are available for sale under the S-1), WHY WOULD ANYONE HOLD AT $0.89?
