While your over under value points may be correct the vast majority says penny stocks don't make much money at all and always have debt. Usrm has no debt but still a lot of questions. Apple is about to make a trillion that's value.
They are valued like that due to the expansion potential and their growth rate throughout years. There is none of that in this stock. Let alone penny stocks as a whole. Just my opinion
