The Company intends to form a wholly-owned subsidiary under the name of Agro Pharmacia, Inc to commence operations in Puerto Rico in partnership with another, well established manufacturing and distribution partner.
I'm not sure all that 8k seems to talk about is the agro pharmacia deal.. The original PR about the LOI says the marijuana deal was a NDA in direct connection with the agro pharmacia LOI... I can't tell for sure if just because the 2 were directly connected that they are both terminated. Oh well seems that something is cooking here and we'll find out soon!!
