AgroPharma was who LOI was with. They wanted 2 merge assets from AgroPharma with whatever NDA is about to create AgroPharmacia.. Or that is how I take it. Sounds like AgroPharma maybe had some good labs etc but was ridden with debt. MJ news coming I bet. Even with RS, CEO buying shares is big green flag IMO.

Integrated Ventures, Inc.
