Al4door, I have to agree here... in my 31 years of work experience I dealt with state and federal regulatory authorities and they will tell you pretty fast that a deadline on your part DOES NOT constitute an emergency on their part. I had not really thought about this situation in those terms but your assertion is very plausible....

Actually, the FDA has timelines that they typically respond by, and lately, they've been early. The fact that the response might have questions, isn't about being non-responsive, it's about doing their job.

Actually, any transaction I've ever worked on, various agencies have always been quite responsive and kept to a pretty good timeline. But then maybe it's the kind of transactions we're talking about. I don't expect the agencies, in this case, to not be responsive, however. That does not comport with my own experiences, whether as an investor or as a person involved in actual transactions with various agencies. I know people love to b and moan about this stuff, but it's mostly just not the reality. Many b and moan because they don't want approvals in the first place. But that doesn't make any sense.

NWBO hasn't been exaggerating about when these events might happen. They can only guestimate. That's the nature of a trial. It's nowhere near their fault, and everyone knows that in fact, though it may feel good for some to b and moan about it.

It is what it is... that's the nature of investing in these kinds of companies, it's another reason why fast money tends not to hang around until they think there is someting coming, and to forget about companies that take long periods of time. It doesn't mean they are not worthy of investment, it's just the nature of the markets, in many instances, and the fact that there is obviously still lots of risk being in before the details are known. It's far easier, if one is concerned with preserving capital, to come in after the news, if it's good news, and get a reasonable rise, than be in and risk capital loss for many large, institutional investor types. And of course, NWBO is OTC and below a buck, so that has further consequences for that money, though it's not absolutely keeping money out, as we saw with volatility previously, in the sub-dollar range.

News could take 6 months or longer, or hit this week. Nobody really knows.
