It's in their 8K filing. As I told everyone, this has a very clean share structure and it is set up to have low float to move up fast. less than 30 million float. Once this gets locked up, it will tread over pennies into dollarland.
Those 5 million preferred's have not been converted into commons so they do not count against the O/S.
If you look at the filings, CEO really wanted to clean up this s/s because he has BIG stake in if the company does well.
