Where did you find that?

I was kind of expecting 10 - 1, but not 20 - 1.

Management really has tight control of this puppy.

Does this make RETC a split share corp? I have heard in the past that the market doesn't like corps with multiple voting shares

Even so, 75,692,024 + 20 * 5,000,000 = 175,692,024. Still at $1 a share, $175 million may still be a bargain
