SIGO to exercise Executive Control is what the contract states; Tenant, SIGO/Battle Mtn Genetics...is responsible for all legal compliance...required by (VFB Brands/Wade/subcontractor)...(SIGO will exercise Executive Control over Wade)...maintaining...quality...farm, security, health and safety standards. (Solely While Wade is on sight at the Greenhouse, what Wade does once he departs the premises is his own doings.)

Wade is a simple Contractor to SIGO. Further, Wade pays SIGO for their product. Hopefully, Wade may resell his newly purchased Pot to Medical Marijuana Dispensary. (The way you write, your giving me an impression you possess doubts on his ability.) Personal, observation this talk should be best on a different board: VFB Brands Board, not SIGO Board.

The Intellectual Property required to grow hybrid clones belongs solely to Battle Mtn. Genetics/SIGO. Or are your saying Wade possess this intellectual property.

My impressions, Wade is a independent salesman. Hopefully you can clarify?
(buys his product SIGO, then resells Medical Marijuana Dispensary.)

Permits: The Company has begun the process for its application for permits for 22,000 square feet of cannabis activities with the County of Monterey. On June 30, 2017. the County of Monterrey issued a memorandum establishing a deadline of August 12, 2017 for current cultivation operations to file for a permit and additional guidelines. Those entities that have filed prior to August 12, 2017 can continue to operate until their permit has been approved. As such, the Company’s current operations would be able to continue until the permit has been approved; however, any additional expansion would not be able to begin operating until its permits have been approved. The Company is currently installing a sprinkler system in the new buildings being used for trimming and drying. The Company is also finalizing its operating procedures now that harvesting, drying and trimming have begun. The Company has implemented water conservation and waste management programs.

Permits will come. Land they used was established for marijuana cultivation. This will create jobs around local area. Monterey area is welcoming to marijuana production companies that do it right. They are totally legal to keep cultivating marijuana like they are.
