This may be a contracting play but it's definitely not a hurricane Harvey play. If anything it would be SWFL. A Florida company would not go to Texas just because of a hurricane. With the uncertainty of Irma Florida might need some help as well. It'll definitely be interesting to see what updates if any but be skeptical here and play the lotto. I am for a little bit at least.
