There are 4 companies in there that aren't an original party... Time Warner now has two separate companies. I haven't looked enough to figure out the other two.
It appears that Broadcom has potential testimony in the technical end of RF- remember the Cisco atty harping on basic RF issues that could make Chanbond tech unpatentable. Seems they are grasping any new straws possible out there.
