That is silliness. If a person is convicted and sentenced to 20 years, I doubt that he is saying "its finito, clear sailing ahead!" IFUS and shareholders will be living (or dying) with the results of the court cases for years and years.
Several Hundreds of thousands of dollars is hard to pay off when there is nothing other than shareholder loans to bail one out.
Still think shareholders would have been far better off if Scivoletto and Adelstein ran the company. Shareholders certainly could not have been worse off.
