Nobody is short besides market makers, only 4 million float right?!? and it will correct to the offering price of the S-1 of $0.10

So you probably right it will correct or be halted due to the lack of disclosures on the last S-1 filing. The SEC doesn't take too kindly to omissions of material information. Especially after it allowed the S-1 to go effective.

This has surpassed my prior OTC dabble's as the most entertaining ticker ever!
