Absolutely the pot stocks could get the long arm of the FED hammering on them and there is no doubt in my mind that Trump is very, very proprietary and if pot is going to happen in the States might want to keep it all for American investors. Canadians have recognized that the rec pot train left the station and is building up a lot of momentum. We have the go-to pot exchange by default because the US won't sync the FEDs with the Individual States. Sessions is old school and looking to stir things up but has a lot of opposition from representatives of States that want the tax revenue and jobs. Big Pharma is sitting back and letting the experiment unfold under the facade of pharma use and ready to spring into action and take out the winners when the FEDS back off. BLO moves with the pot stocks but is squeaky clean for US investors to invest imo. The need for this device is relevant on both sides of the border. Passage of time will tell the story of how this unfolds but I think the FEDS will bend to the will of the people on the rec pot issue. I can imagine that big alcohol is taking notice and tobacco too with the vape alternatives. They are all flush with cash just waiting for a clear signal as are a ton of US investors waiting to enter the pot market. You asked! jmho, glta and dyodd

You asked about Kushtown and FIN. I don't think there was any inked deal and Malhi and crew ran with it bigtime. It must have come down to the fine points. I haven't got a clue why Kushtown would even entertain that deal with the US on the verge of more and more legalization. Those companies that are in this market Stateside and in Canada are shying away from anything that can be construed as illegal or even drawing fire. Kush has a stable of products already in the US pharma market and the Bull Run Boys don't come with a lot of expertise in the pot business. My impression is that Kushtown quickly marketed products but the taste and quality might not be the best. It seems that registration, licensing and inspection control is being designed as the pharma market unfolds and they are building on old legislation and trying to incorporate the rec into it. 10 times the Canadian market potential is the reason for Canadian companies targetting the US. Just some thoughts and for sure safety is first so Go Blo!
