You asked about Kushtown and FIN. I don't think there was any inked deal and Malhi and crew ran with it bigtime. It must have come down to the fine points. I haven't got a clue why Kushtown would even entertain that deal with the US on the verge of more and more legalization. Those companies that are in this market Stateside and in Canada are shying away from anything that can be construed as illegal or even drawing fire. Kush has a stable of products already in the US pharma market and the Bull Run Boys don't come with a lot of expertise in the pot business. My impression is that Kushtown quickly marketed products but the taste and quality might not be the best. It seems that registration, licensing and inspection control is being designed as the pharma market unfolds and they are building on old legislation and trying to incorporate the rec into it. 10 times the Canadian market potential is the reason for Canadian companies targetting the US.
