I ORDER that, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registrations of each class of registered securities of American Magna Corp., BioNeutral Group, Inc., LivingVentures, Inc., and Oryon Technologies, Inc. are REVOKED.

Does revocation mean that it’s no longer a dormant shell that someone can easily open up as another company?
That they’d basically have to start from scratch as if they were creating a company for the first time, and therefore no reason for anyone to buy this when they can buy an operational shell that’s ready-to-go?

Wondering why someone hasn’t bought this shell since others (dead scams) have been purchased recently.
