Actually from what I read JL had petitioned the court for Peter Munk to be added to the list. The court has to approve this then it goes to the Supreme Court for approval and then they will issue the International Exhorts. This will take months to accomplish. Just think the BCSC International Exhorts for Romolo and Roy were fast tracked in Feb and they still have not been activated. To accomplish what JL is looking to do will go on for years and years before it is done at this pace.
