Hey, can you answer a question about an S-1 for me? The stock is SIGO :) Their S-1 was approved for 20 million shares at $.10. At the time the stock was at $.13, so no big deal. Now the stock is much higher and some people think the company is obligated to sell at $.10. According to their recent 8k they sold $400,000 shares for $340,000. It's my opinion that they can sell the shares for whatever someone will pay, and the $.10 is for calculating the registration fees. Am I right on this?
