No way. I would say its quite close IMO. Phase 1/2 means the first two phases are back 2 back without delay. Much quicker, estimates vary but Id say by middle of next year latest but I doubt that long. They have a funder in place, not the best but I don't think they have had any delays. If they get good results from trials, youd see massive runs here. They would let this run for awhile IMO before more funding takes place.
