What filings? If you mean the scribbled crap they pay to post at OTC M, good luck with that. They're far from GAAP compliant, and are fraudulent as all get out.

I also don't buy for a second their claims that they're buying back shares.. With what source of funds? And, wouldn't it make more sense to pay the back taxes on the trading post before they lose that property too, the only one that brings them any revenue, however pathetically small it may be.

Maybe Ljubica is using some of her wages as a worker at the hotel next door to buy a few shares every payday...

The company has a TON going for it, especially compared to lots of other OTC.

Without question, it has the most ridiculous press releases and OTCMarkets disclosure. What a champ!
