Pretty sure every indication is the exact opposite. The shares in the float are going down as the insiders record more buy back and a few of us are loading HUGE. The swings wide because shares are held tight. Albeit, not a lot of money coming in right now, but saying the float is higher and changing while inferring dilution is disingenuous at BEST. The company has a TON going for it, especially compared to lots of other OTC. Having a clean balance sheet, large assets and NO I repeat NO DILUTIVE DEBT is a big thing. Check the filings folks. $EFLN up.
