May I ask what your question was? And how long has QMC been at STAR Park for?

That has always been the case from what I recall. They never signed a long term 5-10 year lease. It's been short 1-2 year lease to allow for flexibility to expand to larger facilities when they need to expand.

You should be careful on how you word your question next time. I would have asked, "do you have a current lease with QMC?"

Could QMC have moved locations in STAR park to a larger location? They did say they were planning to expand.

By the way, the shareholder meeting was only a couple months ago and plenty of investors were there to validate QMC's facilities exist and are operating. I thought you were one in attendance and reported on it?

And the best you can do is that all the tenants have the same one year lease?

You are reading way too much into his reply. I would imagine QMC seeing themselves outgrowing an incubator format in the near the mid-term in any event.
