FYI OTCMarkets doesn't update share structure themselves. SIGO's transfer agent, which participates in the Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program, provides the data at least monthly, more often on a voluntary basis.

I suspect that the company would be able to motivate the TA to provide an update if they felt it was needed.

Note that the TA doesn't provide Preferred information (so far...we'll see if that changes).
Also note the Market Value footnote:
"1Market Value calculated only for respective security"

In other words they only display a market cap based on the common. The footnote exists to remind people that there may be other outstanding securities that could have an effect on market cap.
