Can't the class action go after the actual people?
Almost certainly no. In most cases, lawyers would wait for the regulatory authorities and/or law enforcement to charge and convict those involved, and then try to recover their ill-gotten gains.
Although CRGP has always been an incredibly obvious fraud, to date there hasn't been any movement on that front. So the odds of recovering anything, especially since there are already monetary judgements against CRGP, are essentially zero.
