I have seen settlements approaching half a billion dollars worked out after a round of gold. Trust me, Yachts and golf courses make for awesome settlements and on the flip side, determination may be made at the half way house that no settlement is possible. Never under estimate how often out of court settlements happen. More often than not. You wont see it first on Pacer...for those who read it everyday.
