This discussion has meandered a long ways from a listing of unfounded claims of products which Apple is making to a related but totally different discussion about offending Apple.
Let's keep on topic and keep the discussion simple and clean.
But the answer to your question is somewhat obvious.
But, believe me there are ways to have an independent lab quickly determine the metallurgy (I mean, exact content and identication) of any materials being used in an Apple product.
And the leaking of that information by any third party (outside of LQMT and Apple ecology) would dramatically change the PPS of LQMT.
There are plenty of saavy outside investors who would have already done that (perhaps they have) and it is clear that those products which you have listed being made of BMGS simply has not materialized.
The stock market doesn't play by Liquidmetals or apples rules of NDA, etc. If there is money to be made by disclosing, it will happen. And, my friend, it simply has not happened.
