More digging. Newgens COncepts, Inc. is listed as inactive. S&F holdings is speculation it took its place, but I found something else. VPOR has been linked to S&E capital LLC in Hollywood Florida. They're still active today and the big name linked to it is Dekel Svorai. Which one can only think it is a relative or Dror Svorai.
I am left guessing... but with what I can see it is fair to speculate S&E capital LLC might be the company we should start asking questions about.
