I highly recommend google translating that name Dekel from Hebrew to English...

Might shed some light on some things...,

Through the FL SOS, Vapor Group, Inc. Changed
their name to NewGen Concepts, Inc. and were going to apply for a symbol change. For no reason given, several months later, the name was changed back to Vapor Group. Some sites list Dror Svorai as AKA as Dekel(Palm Tree) Svorai. I haven't confirmed that.
