Rey...agree w/this completely.

The-delay-could-be-linked-to-The-Cures-Act.--We-seem-to-be-the-first-company-to-be-balazing-that-trail.--For-a-small-company-to-even-have-a-goal-of-starting-3-clinical-trials-by-the-end-of-this-year-is-nothing-short-of-amazing.

When we declared 3 trials starting in a short time w/o further clarification I figured they must be gated by FDA reconfigured guidance or some other controlling body. Makes zero sense to set such a high target and then be silent, unless it is part of a pre-agreed sequence. And, his dismissive comment about BIIB ongoing interest in MS was also totally out of character also.(drop mic) These things just do not happen. The FDA is the key player in this hand. I know I saw a PR by new FDA director a couple of months back which said 4 trials were already pre-approved but have not been able to find it anywhere. I read that as AVXL was in the queue. My Fair-O-Meter is pegged on NOT.

Serious question: where is the link that states, unequivocally, that Anavex is waiting for the Cures Act before proceeding with the three trials? The Cures Act seems to have taken hold of the board's imagination. Has Anavex mentioned the Cures Act in reference to the three trials and how it might expedite them? I must have missling-ed it.
