gi, keep cool. Of course, he will find a way to finance FlutiCare. You don't commit to ordering 220,000 bottles if you don't know how to pay for them. And you don't make a public offering so shortly before payment is due as a CEO of a nanocap company can never be sure if this offering will close. I'm not saying it's totally unlikely, but it would surprise me a lot also given the SP history.
He mentioned a monthly burn rate of about $200k, so that would leave them with about $1,4M in cash right now. As we don't know the price per unit, it's hard to say how far the remaining cash will get them. At any rate, a capable and creative CFO should find ways to handle this situation without another round of dilutive offering.
