I would sure like to know what Naturalpoint's revenue was for 2014/15/16 before they were acquired by Leyard, the Beijing company.
Why?
Given the timing of VTSI's stock rise into the 3s my guess is that perhaps Virtra and Naturalpoint were "talking" to each other back then. Perhaps Naturalpoint was trying to buy VirTra? Or perhaps the opposite? Or perhaps some sort of merger discussions were underway?
Also because I am curious as to the multiple of revenue that Leyard was willing to pay as it suggests at least something about VirTra's value.
And I wonder if it would be acceptable to USA regulators for Leyard to buy VirTra?
