You're right, not 100%... I should've said "a whole lot" instead of "everything" is riding on those tests.
We can get there without DOE's acknowledgement or involvement; it'll just be a longer row to hoe.
My point was that the DOE's stamp of approval is what it would take right now "to excite investors" and put us on the gravy train.
