I agree James. A lot rides on it but i do not think 100%. At the end of the day we have been told that it has gone to Sec Perry level. The administration needs wins. This is low hanging fruit. The political and global landscape seems poised for it...

Re carbon capture, until it becomes economically viable and the owners move their family next to Co2 underground storage facility i will not be a believer of it. See lake Nyos in the Cameroon.
