Patience would be key if the company you had shares of had enough money for you to be patient.

Patience becomes worrisome when convertible debt is taken out with no signs of operating costs slowing down.

Not to mention this IPR being up to 15 months away after further research. There could be three months before the preliminary decision. Then most likely a trial will be instituted. Most of the time it does. I would say nearly 100% of the time when the petitioner has experts testifying for them and the response from the Patent Owner (PO) is basically saying the expert's statements aren't valid without using an expert to back it up. Once a PTAB trial is instigated you have 12 months.

15 months at this rate will be another 4 million in the hole IF revenues 10x from last quarter's. If that doesn't happen it gets uglier. That's a lot of convertible debt. Could max out the A/S. You know what happens when the A/S is maxed out? I do.
