Gee, the CEO of the company says he is in negotiations that are going to result in a contract announcement within 45-90 days. He says it in a PR that is distributed to the worldwide public.

I can't imagine why ANYONE would JUMP to the outrageous unfounded irrational conclusion that there is something big cooking.
