I think the whole process of measuring lipids is slightly flawed. You just stick to your Greek food, Personally Mediterranean is horrible I can't stand that crap. unless you include Italy :>) I use olive oil for all my cooking needs or I should say my wife's cooking needs. I do fry fish and shrimp in lite olive oil.
