They probably updated because they were doing some "house cleaning" for the impending news. My understanding is that they have been in Lake Forest for years.

The alternative is that by adding that to their website they would come up in the internet search results of people looking for LQMT in Lake Forest. Form of advertising??

I would guess they are trying to ride the coattails of Li's work at LQMT.

This merger with Victory Energy is a backdoor IPO for LMC. Any hype or association with LQMT will attract unwary investors.
