I'm buying! Thanks for the heads up! Let's see, revenue in July alone surpassed entire quarters last year, audit and uplist in weeks, free dividend shares in IPO for every share of AMFE I own, Gro3 deals in the works etc. I could care less what The Market says about AMFE today. I know what it's said during the last 4 months. Longs just continue to buy what flippers are selling on the bid! The power of this shareholder base is evident on the 6 month chart. I think my funds clear tomorrow. I was worried I might miss these prices but according to you I should rest easy. Thanks again!

UPCOMING CATALYSTS - near term

There are SOOO many upcoming catalysts over the next two months:

1. Completion of the annual audit to uplist.
2. Uplisting to the OTCQB and eventually the OTCQX when we reach .25 SP which is just around the corner now.
3. Opening of the 3rd and largest S&L retail location which will add $3-4M more in revenue through the end of the year (per last PR); on track to open early September.
4. Bears vs Babies ($3M raised on Kickstarter) and more exclusive distribution rights to games like they already have with Cards Against Humanity, Exploding Kittens, and hundreds more.
5. Large purchase orders! We have only seen the beginning of the large purchase orders such as the ones with Indigo Chapters w/ $1M in revenue. These will just keep coming as Roger has said that many big names are approaching them, not the other way around. Per twitter, 10,000 orders shipped in Q1 2018 thus far including a $1M order from one store. Also a $650k order from Amazon for 32k units already shipped.
6. Additional Grozone update coming very soon.
7. Share dividend details for the spin-off of Interloc Kings - FREE SHARES!! Roger tweeted that he thinks investor sentiment will change once these details are released. AND per the PR, they plan to do an acquisition of a company into our new public company that has the same potential that S&L has shown!
8. Board game publishing and manufacturing - per the PR, they plan to announce details on two games currently under development, one being their own. They live and breathe board games, I'm sure this will be a popular game - and think of how many people/board game creators have been approaching them to publish and manufacture their games?! They have the retail locations to test out the game idea, then publish/manufacturer it, then distribute the game through their logistics they already have set up AND sell in the S&L retail locations and online. The perfect set up. They received $200k already for the 2nd board game to be published.
9.Joint PR release w/ Nintendo to promote the Nintendo Switch at S&L locations on exclusive game nights
10. Health Canada approval of GRO3 microbial system coming soon
11. Further details on the Cloud Accounting Software acquisition in coming weeks.

THERE ARE MANY MORE, I could go on! California legalizes recreational MJ January 1, 2018 and Canada legalizes rec MJ July 1, 2018. Cultivators need to get their GRO3 systems set up soon in preparation for the high demand.
