My thought exactly. It's becoming more apparent to me that the market needs to see those events become official. Until then, breaking the previous high will be met with a great deal of resistance, which makes reaching pennyland even less likely no matter how many great news like today being released. I think there are whales on the sidelines just waiting for those things to materialize before jumping onboard.
