Agree, this is one of the rare ones.

When you talk to Steve please Stress the Importance of the re-domicile and share reduction, this is the only thing holding us back. Once this happens, news will take hold in a more significant way and the selling we see will slow way down. Had we gotten the re-domicile before all of this significant news the last few weeks we would likely be at .02 by now.

Understand he has been busy but that is why you have good lawyers. IMHO GL
