Kinda like today's news about square footage. They only have 10K sq ft planted.

The filing says they need the 20M shares to expand to 22K:

The proceeds from this offering will be used to expand the Company’s greenhouse operations to 22,000.

They haven't sold the shares so they have not expanded yet.
