Don't hold your breath on getting a reply/response from Rich. He hides when the the chips are down. He only reply to the folks who he has in his pocket or wrapped around his finger. Once you question his business practices, MO, or offers suggestions on moving the company forward, he takes it personal as an offense, and puts you on a blacklist.
