Let me ask you this? Do you have any escrow markers? The commons that you own were they given to you through the conversion process or did you buy them yourself?
The bottom line there is nothing you can do. The PPS is what it is especially if they are trying to short cover. The B series will be what the B series are, again nothing we can do.
I have faith that our lawyers did what was best for all equity and I'll have to trust that. I do not believe that after years of litigation and mediation that those in the know can do whatever they want without this whole thing blowing wide open. There are consequences and ramifications by not following the GSA. Of course this is all in my opinion. GLTA
